Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Absolutely. We have made it easy for you to make modifications to your active reservation as many times as you need, direct from our website. Just choose modify reservation on the reservation page. We allow cancellation of reservationsgreenval but the deposit is non-refundable.

Why is this deposit non-refundable?
Many small-to-medium chain and independent hotels experience a number of no shows and last minute cancellations. The non-refundable reservation deposit is to guarantee your reservation

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
We are sorry but we have a "No pets allowed Policy" on the premises of the hotel.
